Ik heb me voorgenomen vaker nee te zeggen tegen verplichtingen. Daarom ga ik vandaag alleen maar doen waar ik zelf voor gekozen heb.
I have promised to say NO more often. That’s why today I’m just doing what I like to do.

I’m staying home today because I may be contagious.
I think it’s a form of Gimp.
Only cure may be to make some art.

Dear To Whom It May Concern Person,

This letter is to inform you that (insert name here) has experienced an unfortunate fall and will be unable to report to work at this time. Please note that this fall (did/did not) occur on workplace property and that you (should/should not) expect to receive paperwork in the near future related to the Workplace Health and Safety protocols and associated claims.

Nonetheless, please be reminded that (insert name here) is a valued member of the workplace, and is expecting to receive notes and flowers from all of (his/her) Friends and Co-Workers in said workplace in a timely and sincere fashion. As you know, (insert name here) would like nothing better than to be back at work Making Art and doing whatever else you folks do there, and so any best wishes, chocolates, and other elements that can buoy up (his/her) spirits in this time of incapacitation would be more than appropriate.

Know that (insert name here) (has/has not) taken your name in vain more than (three/five/ten/omit this sentence) time as a result of your continuing phone calls since the incident. (Insert name here) says “Hi!”

Please accept this note in lieu of further communication on this matter.

Sincerely,

@iamTalkyTina
Health and Safety Officer

Sick Note for Melinda

Please excuse Melinda Albrycht from attending work this week. She is temporarily mentally ill due to the stress of returning back to work when it is so cold outside. This note is to excuse her from work until she is feeling better. We are estimating that this will be sometime in late Spring, once the temperatures return to the 70s. It would be cruel to make her attend work in such frigid temperatures.

Thank you so much,
Dr. Feel Good

TO: Boss
FROM: Ronald

Dear Boss,

I’ve been feeling not really well lately. I went to the doctor’s office this morning and according to her my TDC-levels are way too low.
The doctor ordered me to take 1 week off immediately and start working on my DS106 daily assignments to get my TDC-levels up.
She also told me, that if you were not believing me, I should point you to this video:

Sincerely,
Ronald
